Terms of Service as of October 2025

18+ years old buyers only.
Most of my commissions tend to have my watermarks or some form of signature! Removing them will add you to my blacklist.
Turnover Rate: 4-30 days approx.
I do not do rush orders!Comms listed are on canvases ranging 1200 px - 2400 px length/width and drawn on mobile.
Larger canvas comms (2500 px - 4000 px range) provide better resolution but cost more. Please disclose if you seek this option.Terms of service and prices are subject to change in between slot intakes.

Feel free to apply for a slot on either Ko-fi (preferred) or Google Forms. Follow up after you input!

PAYMENT
• PayPal and Stripe only
• Prices are listed in USD ($)
• Client must pay half of the agreed price 48 hours after being accepted in a slot. No payment? No service.
Some exceptions apply.
• Commission typically begins after client’s payment is receivedCHANGES & ADDITIONAL FEES
• Character complexity (f.e. tattoos, marking abundance, actions for animations etc.) may raise the price anywhere from +$5-25 USD
• During the sketching process, client will be permitted 2 free revisions/changes. Every change afterwards will garner up an additional $5 fee
• Once the sketch has been approved, I will stop accepting changes to poses and additions
• Changes needed done based on my own mistakes, such as incorrect markings, colors, etc. are free of charge as well as changes I may ask to do if I think it will improve a piece
• Change fees from the sketch process must be paid before line work. Choosing not to pay the fees will result in a cancellation of the client’s commission, with no refundREFUND POLICY
Once the commission is done, I will not take any refunds. That is theft. Forcing a refund will invoke the client’s addition to the blacklist.
If the client refuses to pay the rest of a commission that had numerous alterations during the sketch process, I will cancel it and it will be ineligible for a refund.
I only accept refunds under the following conditions:
• I become unable to finish the commission (client will be given a full refund if no progress was made, or a partial refund which will be based on the amount of progress done)
• If the client asks for a refund prior to completion (client will only obtain a partial refund regardless if I started working on it or not, but amount will vary based on far along their piece was)

• Massive group drawings (More than five characters)

• Sensitive content: abuse, self-harm, drug use, etc (If commission context is for OC story)
• Detailed backgrounds

THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW

✘ Promotion of hate speech / controversial themes (Homophobia, political themes, antisemitism, etc)
✘ Minors / underage OCs in suggestive, sexual, harmful, or any inappropriate situations
✘ Feral animals in suggestive or sexual situations

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSQ: Are there any options to add scenic backgrounds? Like beaches, mountains, cities, etc.?
A: Indirectly, yes! There is an additional fee for actual backgrounds and props, but these highly vary on what I’m drawing.Q: Can you draw like (insert another artist’s name)?
A: Normally no, I will not imitate an artist exactly but can do inspired pieces if you want a certain aesthetic.Q: Can I provide you with drawings as examples or references for what I want?
A: Of course! It helps me figure out what you want, win-win.Q: Do I actually have to know what I want to commission you? Can’t I just give you full artistic freedom?
A: Preferably, I want to know what I’m doing because it can take longer for me to brainstorm for the client. I suppose I’m not against it though? Of course, I’ll check with you moving on with any of my decisions!Q: Can you send PSD files?
A: Yes, but be warned I do not name my layers. Also, I can’t always guarantee this being an option since sometimes the app I draw on bugs with files.Q: You’re too expensive, I can’t afford you. Do you make any exceptions?
A: I’m sorry, but no. If price is an issue, feel free to look for a cheaper artist, or just wait for me to finish up my slots! My prices will fluctuate over time, both down and up, and I sometimes host temporary sales for specific commission types.

Very similar to my use of cel shading but with black shading and halftone dots effects
Hybrid
Tell me your favorite elements from each shading style to combine! Only applies on Shaded/Graphic comms, ex. you cannot apply Soft Shading on a Sketch commission BUT you can apply Sketch style on a Shaded commission.

For $10 USD, I’ll doodle a messy, unpolished piece of your character with no real background. This can be an icon, bust, halfbody, full body, chibi, etc. with no change to price— the catch is the canvas will always be at a 500x500 px range, they will always have the same shading style of the examples below, and complicated designs will be simplified.

These basic animated icons contain very few frames of small actions that can loop upon client’s request. They come with backgrounds, but complexity on background will depend on the icon type you chose, with flats having less details and color effects.
